Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, product management, or related roles, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or kitting environments.

  • Proven success managing strategic supplier or client partnerships, including negotiation of complex commercial agreements.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales enablement programs that drive measurable results.

  • Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy development and program funding management.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends, opportunities, and risks.

  • Data-driven decision maker skilled in synthesizing insights to build compelling business cases and supplier performance reviews.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
