Schedule Details: Full Time, Day Shift, 40 hours a week including availability or flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on operational and departmental requirements

Whether assembling trays tailored to therapeutic diets, keeping floor stock fresh and accurate, powering through dish room duties, or ensuring storerooms, vending machines, and equipment shine, this position keeps the Food & Nutrition department running smoothly and safely. With a sharp eye for sanitation, a knack for organization, and a commitment to exceptional service, this multitalented team member helps fuel the hospital by delivering clean, timely, and delicious support to patients and staff alikeall while following top-tier standards, communicating with care teams, and creating a seamless experience from prep to plate.
Performs patient/customer food service functions involving food purchasing, storage, and preparation. Under direct supervision.

Please note that this position is onsite and therefore requires the ability to commute to Covenant Childrens Hospital in Lubbock, TX.

- National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority within 30 days of hire

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
