Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training - Completion of an accredited LPN program.



• Coursework/Training - Must complete required in-service annually as determined by institution/department.



• Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.



• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.



• MDS may be required if cross-trained in to ECF upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year LPN experience.
