This position will be fully remote. Remote work may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the business.Position Summary:The Quality Training Department’s focus is to provide structure and support around the GxP training program to ensure that people have the training, education, and experience to successfully execute their job functions. The department reports through the CAR-T Quality Assurance group in Raritan NJ, part of Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicines.To create and implement high-quality training programs that enhance the learners' experience and increase their knowledge, understanding, and ability. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with various departments within Advanced Therapies to continuously improve training content and methods, focusing on the inclusion of technology to ensure consistency and ease of training.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Instructional Design<ul><li>Create computer-based training using the A.D.D.I.E model</li><li>Enhance training qualification programs to include blended approaches to training design</li></ul></li><li>Collaboration<ul><li>Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on content development</li><li>Work with different areas of Advanced Therapies to understand departmental training content needs</li><li>Provide instructional design expertise and coaching to partners within Advanced Therapies</li></ul></li><li>Technology Integration<ul><li>Focus on inclusion of technology to ensure consistency of training and increased ease of training</li></ul></li></ul>Qualifications:Education:A minimum of a Bachelors or equivalent University degree is required.Required Skills & Capabilities:<ul><li>A minimum of 2-5 years relevant work experience</li><li>Experience with Adult Learning Theories and ability to apply them to training development</li><li>Experience using systems such as Articulate, Camtasia, Simple Show, AI</li><li>Experience creating blended training programs using different learning avenues to ensure comprehension and ability to execute learned skills</li><li>Ability to transfer content to training groups to ensure proper execution</li><li>Project management skills</li><li>Ability to be agile and dynamic in prioritization and execution</li></ul>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
