Role will require position to be onsite 3 days per week with remote work 2 days per week.<br /> </h2><h2><b>Purpose:</b></h2><h2>The Manager, Contract Compliance ensures that OTTAVA contracts adhere to commercial policy, pricing guardrails, CPC governance requirements, and legal/financial standards. The role monitors contract adherence, validates terms, and maintains compliance documentation.</h2><h2>You will be responsible for:</h2><ul><li><h2>Validate contract terms, pricing, and policy adherence before CPC submission and customer release.</h2></li><li><h2>Monitor compliance across active contracts; identify risks or deviations.</h2></li><li><h2>Own the development and creation of dashboard to ensure compliance.</h2></li><li><h2>Maintain audit‑ready records and support internal/external reviews.</h2></li><li><h2>Partner with Legal, Finance, Pricing Ops, and Contract Management to resolve compliance issues.</h2></li><li><h2>Support process improvement, template optimization, and policy alignment.</h2></li><li><h2>This role will also collaborate closely with Medtech Surgery counterparts (Surgery, Polyphonic and Monarch)<br /> </h2></li></ul><h2><b>Qualifications/Requirements:</b></h2><ul><li><h2>Minimum of 5 years in compliance, contract operations, or pricing governance.</h2></li><li><h2>Minimum of a bachelor’s degree</h2></li><li><h2>Strong attention to detail and understanding of commercial policies.</h2></li><li><h2>Preference for those who have experience in Med device industry with a focus on capital.<br /> </h2></li></ul><h2>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
