You will also be part of the team responsible for receiving, vendor returns, fulfilling and organizing transfers to all retail locations and fulfilling customer pool and spa orders.</p><p><span style="color: #333333;"><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></span></p><ul><li>Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage locations. Before storage, count all products, compare them to the manifest, and inspect shipments for damage. Report shortages, damages, or mis-shipments using the appropriate form and forward them to the supervisor. Efficiently stack and store merchandise in designated areas.</li><li>Accurately pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct quantity and type of product is selected. Transport orders to proper staging locations.</li><li>Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free from damage. Report any quality variances.</li><li>Move products from staging or storage areas onto trailers efficiently. Ensure all items are safely stacked, wrapped, and loaded in compliance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Safely and efficiently operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as required. Assist in loading or unloading merchandise as needed. Proficiency in operating a forklift is essential.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Comply with OSHA and SDS standards at all times.</li></ul><p><strong><span style="color: #00539f;">Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 /hour</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color: #00539f;"> </span><span style="color: #333333;">Qualifications:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p>Comfortable in a highly physical, hands-on role, spending most of the day on your feet.</p></li><li><p>Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.</p></li><li><p>Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.</p></li><li><p>Strong vision for both close work (documentation, systems) and distance tasks (assisting drivers with navigation).</p></li><li><p>Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, weather conditions, dust levels, and noise levels.</p></li><li><p>Ability to stock, retrieve, and move merchandise of various sizes and heights using ladders, moving stairs, and forklifts.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.</p></li><li><p>Basic computer skills, including Windows systems, MS Office, email, and internet usage.</p></li><li><p>Equipment, dollies, and proper tools provided for handling heavy merchandise.</p></li><li><p>Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and positive attitude.</p></li></ul><p><strong>We offer our employees competitive compensation</strong>, extensive paid training, comprehensive and flexible suite of benefits package, 401K with company match, team member discounts, rewards for top performers, and most importantly career advancement opportunities.</p>
