By offering a holistic learning environment that is both accepting and challenging, we meet students where they are and take them where they want to go. We offer the region’s most expansive selection of degree, certificate and workplace certification programs at 3 campuses plus 3 convenient CCBC centers along with off-site community locations.</span> </div><br><div>Part-time adjunct instructors are need to teach college level non-credit Community Education courses that focus on the following:</div><div>Basic computers and Microsoft Office applications in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365 Team, Form, Sway, One Drive and its certification programs. </div><div>Business solutions such as Microsoft SharePoint and PowerBI. </div><div>Desktop publishing & graphics software such as Canvas, InDesign, and Illustrated in both entry and advanced level positions. </div><div>Google suite for personal and business users. </div><br>Campus locations: Catonsville, Dundalk, Essex, MD &<strong> remote classes</strong><br><br>Classes are typically held evenings (6:00 pm - 8:30 pm) and Saturdays.<br><br>Pay rates for non-credit Continuing Education are commensurate with education and experience.<br><br><strong>Applicants must provide a summary of courses they would like to teach along with preferred campus location(s) and teaching modality of choice.</strong></dd>
<dt><h2>Minimum Requirements</h2></dt>
<dd><p></p><div>Instructors should have experience teaching and have an expert knowledge of the topic they are proposing to teach. Instructors will be required to complete all forms and documentation related to the course and all documentation required by the college.</div><div>· Must possess a high school diploma or GED.</div><div>· Must be a subject matter expert.</div><div>· Computer proficiency required</div><div>· Experience teaching or training in an adult setting preferred.</div></dd>
