Inventory Audit Clerk-Cycle Count/ERP/WMS (JN -122024-384136)
Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cycle counts, ERP systems, stand-up forklifts, and warehouse management systems (WMS). This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities - Perform routine cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
- Update and maintain inventory records within the ERP system.
- Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently to move, store, or retrieve inventory.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track and manage stock.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to improve inventory processes and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse environment.
Qualifications - Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role in a warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and WMS software.
- Certified or experienced in operating stand-up forklifts.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management tools.
- Physical ability to lift and move items as required.
Preferred Skills - Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of lean inventory practices and techniques.
- Computer literate.
Schedule - Monday-Friday, 7AM- 4PM or 6am-3pm
