In this exciting role, you'll:

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the accounting department's daily operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies. The Accounting Manager will play a pivotal role in preparing financial statements, supporting P&L reviews, and driving process improvements.

• Supervise and develop a team of Senior Accountants, Accounts Payable and Receivables
• Support the monthly P&L review process
• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account reconciliations
• Process improvement across all areas of accounting and finance
• Coordinate quarterly income tax provisions and annual corporate tax returns
• Lead month-end close activities, including GL entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Prepare audit schedules and financial analyses

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting or finance.
• Proven experience in managing and overseeing accounting operations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
