Graphic Designer

What you will be doing:
- Lead creative and visual design for marketing that will differentiate Ovia Health with target personas (B2B and B2C) across multiple channels and mediums, e.g. presentations, one sheets, newsletter, social media, infographics, and other cross-platform collateral
- Leverage insights and research to develop creative materials that deliver a compelling story and drive results
- Manage the coordination and prioritization of creative projects that support the Enterprise business. Take projects from start to finish by identifying the problem/goal, collaborating with colleagues, and looping in stakeholders for milestones and approvals
- Develop an Enterprise toolkit that includes standardized templates across multiple platforms for use by Sales & Marketing team members
- Manage design contractors and freelancers as needed
- Represent Enterprise team and attend weekly cross-division creative meetings to ensure alignment with overall brand goals and creative vision
- Align all designs to our company and brand guidelines, and identify opportunities to elevate and standardize them over time

Qualifications & Requirements
What we are looking for:
5+ years of relevant experience in design/creative for digital/media/brand or agency
Experience designing across platforms (digital, social, mobile, powerpoint, video)
Ability to collaborate on projects with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Content and Copy departments
Knowledge of Asana or other project management systems
A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to utilize research, numbers and insights to develop strong creative
Knowledge of the latest design concepts, emerging technologies, and other innovations
Thrives in fast paced environments, embracing and leading through change and ambiguity
Flexible and creative mindset with the ability to overcome obstacles with a positive outlook
High autonomy, and superior time and project management skills, with the ability to manage projects with flexibility and agility
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Expertise in Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Sketch
Familiarity or expertise in: Hubspot, Stripo, and Wordpress
