The Department of Physical Education, Recreation & Dance is seeking a Financial Administrator to assist in the day to day business operations of the department, including the management of weekly payroll for 400 part-time staff, both operational and instructional, graduate assistants and club coaches. The candidate will work with the business team to assist in all areas of human capital management, as well as preparing detailed expense reports and budget forecasting.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree required along with one to three years experience in recreation, higher education or financial administration. Candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to prioritize while working independently. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Must be dependable and possess excellent customer service skills.
