Visa invests in leadership development, and provides opportunities to build technical skills, payments industry expertise, and critical thinking, exposing employees to networking groups and executive mentors, and providing financial contributions for ongoing external education.

We recently reached our goal to have 100 percent renewable electricity. We also helped launch industry-wide health and sustainability initiatives. Outside our four walls, we are using the power of our brand, our business and our network to help empower women’s economic advancement across the globe – supporting women entrepreneurs and female Black-owned business. Through Visa’s global Donation Matching program, Visa employees raised over $14M for 4,600 charities around the world in fiscal year 2020. This included $1.4M in June for organizations focused on supporting social justice and equality.

Titilope works across technology at Visa to ensure the company has the right built-in security architecture and controls to protect their global payments network and billions of users from attacks.
