Leadership Development
The Leadership Pipeline Program is a competitive, non-rotational development program that provides broad exposure to various business segments of Wholesale Banking in one of four functional capacities: Sales and Client Services, Project Management, Finance and Technology. Program participants are exposed to a variety of business groups, providing a good understanding of Wells Fargo’s operations, business strategies, and corporate culture. The program focuses on practical hands-on learning, and provides opportunity to engage in projects that are cross-departmental in scope and impact.

The Commercial and Corporate Lending relationship teams provide a broad selection of financial services to both mid-sized companies and large corporations. The groups partner with companies, financial institutions, governments, and not-for-profit entities with annual sales of $20 million to more than $5 billion. With a national platform, the groups deliver a full suite of Wells Fargo offerings including credit, treasury management, insurance and risk management, investment banking and capital markets products and expertise.
