Oakton Community College Named to Top 50 Employers (4673 hits)


HBCUConnect.com announced Oakton Community College has made the list of Top 50 Employers of HBCU Students and Alumni. HBCUConnect.com decided to recognize those companies and organizations that have done an excellent job in their specific efforts to target students and alumni from our nation's 105 Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

Oakton Community College is a comprehensive community college with both classes offered in both Baccalaureate and Career programs. We have campuses in Des Plaines and Skokie, Illinois. Oakton services a geographic district in the near north and northwest suburbs of Chicago. The district is bounded on the north by Lake County, on the east by Lake Michigan, on the south by the city of Chicago, and the western boundary includes the cities of Des Plaines, Glenview, and Northbrook.
