This is it. The last week you can apply for the 2018 AdFellows Fellowship Program that is open to all marketing professionals and recent or upcoming graduates in the marketing or advertising field.
AdFellows Program - HBCUConnect.com has teamed up with several companies to provide this excellent 8-month fellowship opportunity for college graduates, alumni, and those looking to make a career change to the marketing industry!
The AdFellows program is your chance to start a career in marketing! During this immersive eight month fellowship, you will have the chance to see both marketing client and agency while touching four distinct areas of the integrated marketing team. Throughout all of it, you will be front and center, with hands-on activities that give you the opportunity to contribute your skillset and knowledge to begin a successful career in the brand marketing industry.
These roles will be based in New York City (relocation assistance is provided, if eligible.) At the end of the program, the goal is to make permanent hires at the respective businesses.

Complete rotations across top-tier agencies and Fortune 500 Brands including:

- McCann (client side)
- Weber Shandwick (public relations)
- Zenith (media)
- Momentum Worldwide (experimental)
- Rauxa (customer relationship management - CRM)
- R/GA (creative)
- MRY/Moxie (digital)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Gain an understanding of real-world marketing fundamentals and knowledge of daily business operations on agency and client sides of the marketing industry
- Use your skills across high-visibility marketing related projects, meeting and presentations
- Attend learning programs and training sessions led by industry experts
- Participate in networking activities with other fellows, industry professionals, and business leaders
- Manage projects independently in a challenging environment
